About

It’s hard to say which came first— art or me. I only know that art and I are one.

Art has always been deeply rooted in who I am. It’s essential to me—something that lives at my core. I have an insatiable artistic curiosity and naturally perceive the world through a different lens. Color, in particular, is one of my deepest sensitivities. I’m drawn to saturated hues because they mirror how I experience life itself—rich with emotion, layered with moments, and alive with beauty. The greatest joy in my creative process comes from knowing that my art touches people, resonates with them, and leaves them feeling something meaningful.

I’m inspired by moments of connection and stillness, and my work is guided by intuition and emotional resonance rather than strict representation. I’m drawn to subjects that feel familiar yet deeply personal—places, relationships, and quiet moments that carry meaning beneath the surface. Through paint, I explore presence and connection, as well as the subtle beauty found in everyday experience. My paintings often reflect a sense of intimacy and reflection, inviting the viewer to slow down, linger, and feel the emotional undercurrent within each piece.

I work primarily in oil paint, creating my paintings in my home studio, where I spend most of my time immersed in the creative process. In addition to my personal work, I also commission pet portraits, with a particular affection for painting dogs—their presence, expression, and emotional honesty endlessly inspire me. To live with one of my paintings is to share space with a quiet companion, something that holds warmth, emotion, and memory. My hope is that each piece brings a sense of connection and calm into the home, becoming not just something to look at, but something deeply personal to enjoy each day.
